We currently have a backlog of Housing Register applications. This means it is currently taking approximately 8-12 weeks for your application to be assessed from the date we have received all the required documents. You can upload all the documents required via your Customer Account, and there is a list of all the information required.
Please only apply to the housing register if you are eligible. To check if you are eligible please see our FAQ page.
We will require proof of all details listed therefore applying when not eligible will only delay eligible applications whilst also causing you unnecessary work.
Please refrain from contacting us regarding your application during this time, especially if it is only to chase progress unless you are threatened with homelessness and your need to move is urgent. We are receiving a number of calls of this nature and it is causing further delay in progressing register applications
