The easiest way to apply is to register here
Please have a pen and paper ready to make a note of your login reference number, you will also be asked to set a password and memorable date
What do I need
To support your application you will need to provide details for everyone in your household, including:
- names
- dates of birth
- National Insurance Numbers
- Income details
- Saving and capital details
- Medical details
- Address history
To enable us to verify your housing need and to give advice, you will be asked to provide documentation, this includes:
- personal identification (such as driving licence, passport, birth certificate)
- details of your household income (such as payslips, benefit award letters, pension award notices)
- recent bank statements for all bank or building society accounts (bank statements for the last 3 months minimum, for all accounts held)
- evidence of any savings, capital, investments or equity in property (such as ISA statements, Stocks & Shares Certificates)
- a 10 year address history
- contact details for your current or former landlords or mortgage provider
- your tenancy agreement if you are in privately rented accommodation
The documentation can be uploaded once you have completed the application form, but any delay in your providing information and documents will delay your application progressing.
